The Hotel Armentarola restaurant is renowned for its local and international cuisine. Head Chef Norbert Egger has been with the hotel for over 30 years and over this time, he has developed an exquisite menu of dishes, creating a very loyal fan base. All products are organic and sourced from local farmers. Norbert’s specialities include Chateaubriand of Nebraska fillet and the Suckling pig cutlet on Prosecco sauerkraut with potato puree. Sommelier Paul de Vallier is also at your service advising guests from the restaurant’s extensive collection of wines from the Trentino region in South Tyrol, as well as other international labels.
The wellness oasis includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tepidarium, turkish bath , Kneipp cave relaxation room and fitness room with Technogym equipment. Spa treatments are all based using natural ingredients found in the alpines. The Viso Face Peel with natural yeast, a regenerating ampoule, honey and St. John’s wort, is worth experiencing.
